General Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is not available to employees, trade partners, retailers, and distributors of Samsung, Cheil India Pvt. Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
2. This offer is subject to promotional availability. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
3. The customer will be required to pay a handling fee of Rs. 449 to process their Preferred choice of reward (OTT Pack or Merchandise and Rs. 75 toward booking movie tickets each month. In case the chosen reward is not available, then an alternate product (as per availability) will be offered to you. If you choose not to avail the alternate offer, then the amount paid by you (i.e. Rs. 449 towards shipping & handling fee) will be refunded back to you within 14 business days.
4. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices including the GST clearly mentioned will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
5. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered.
6. Only the purchases made between 01/09/2024 till 15/09/2024 (15 Days) will be considered for rewards.
7. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
8. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
9. One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
10. Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
11. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.
12. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
13. A maximum of one (1) voucher/reward code may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id per invoice, per IMEI, per address during the promotion period. Any duplicate or tampered invoices will be invalidated and the code cannot be used further.
14. Only one voucher per booking per invoice will be entertained. Multiple Vouchers cannot be booked together on a single invoice. The user will be required to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register, whichever is earlier.
15. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at feedback@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd has already emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd will not re-send the voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant.
16. The “How to Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions. For detailed T&C’s please visit www.samsungonam.bigcityexperience.com. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
17. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible in case the Voucher codes have expired for any reason whatsoever.
18. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the Stores are not responsible for any loss or theft of the Vouchers. No duplicate Voucher shall be issued to the customers.
19. Customer purchase invoice/bill should have the customer's name and mobile number which shall be used to register their purchase on the promotional website to claim their rewards. No booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
20. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
23. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter's promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
24. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung Or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of featured offers. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged Vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
25. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, Vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer. Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as Vouchers under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. of such a product or service.
26. The Terms and Conditions of the offer can be changed during the promotional period by PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD or by Cheil India Pvt. Ltd/Samsung.
27. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore.

Terms & Conditions for Merchandise

1. The images shown in the rewards catalog are indicative of the product being offered, the actual product, its color and design may vary from the displayed image.
2. Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
3. Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by the customer.
4. Defective goods will be replaced or alternate products will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
5. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
6. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
7. Order will be delivered to participants within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
9. The offer/product cannot be exchanged for cash any point.
10. No. change in color, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order is placed.

Terms and Conditions - 3 Months Amazon Prime Membership Voucher

1. This 3-month Prime membership offer ("Offer"), is provided to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website www.amazon.in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, "Amazon.in"), in respect of Amazon.in Prime membership ("Prime") made available by Amazon.
2. This offer is in relation to the 3-month term/tenure of Prime ("3-Months Prime") which is a limited period promotional offering unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
3. These terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the Prime terms and conditions ("Prime Terms") and the applicable Privacy Notice, to which you agree by availing Prime. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, for the purposes of this Offer. It is clarified that the Prime Terms shall continue to apply for Annual prime membership and Monthly prime membership. Post the auto-renewal of your Prime to the annual plan, you will have the option to cancel membership any time or elect to auto-renew your Prime membership on a monthly basis in the future.
6. The Prime Membership Voucher once activated cannot be canceled or refunded.
7. Amazon reserves the right to disqualify any customer from availing this 3-Month Prime, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing this Offer.
8. Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change any or all of these Offer Terms, or to replace the Offer and/or the 3-Month Prime by another Prime membership plan, without any prior notice or liability.

17. The reward code is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Terms and Conditions: Annual Hotstar Mobile Subscription Voucher (Mobile Only Plan)

1. This is a Hotstar Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on their website.
2. The subscription can be used by new or existing Hotstar Platform users. Those not registered on the service will need to register themselves first.
3. To redeem the voucher code option, go to www.hotstar.com/redeem. Customers can enter the voucher code details in the promo code section.
4. This service is only available on the web at www.hotstar.com/redeem. Every voucher code will be applicable for a specific subscription pack.
5. Hotstar reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the voucher code, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason
6. Voucher code is not transferable, is not for sale or resale nor redeemable for cash.
7. The voucher code will not be valid for transactions exceeding coupon value. The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash or credit notes.
8. The validity of the voucher code cannot be extended.

10. The person who has the Hotstar GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
11. Hotstar is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.

13. This is a one-time use GV / GC with an expiration date.
14. No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
15. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically. Hotstar GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.

18. Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Hotstar shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Hotstar, GV / GC may not get accepted on the website and Hotstar shall have no liability for the same.
20. If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issues, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours
23. Hotstar reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) at any time without any notice or liability.
24. Hotstar has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
25. Hotstar reserves the right to withdraw Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
26. Hotstar reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
27. In no event the liability of Hotstar for any claims shall exceed the value of the Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) in dispute.

Terms & Conditions – 6 months Movie Card

1. This Movie Card offers the user to 2 free movie tickets every month for 6 consecutive months at participating cinemas from Monday to Friday. Offer Valid in select cities of India.
2. This movie card is not transferable, sellable or encashable
3. Each movie card holder is entitled to 6 tickets of which a maximum of 2 tickets can be booked per month for 6 consecutive months. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. To avail the offer, customer to show the SMS confirmation or a print out of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. Once booked, the ticket cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
7. The offer is open to residents of India only.
8. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
9. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, Premier Shows and Gold class seats.
10. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, IMAX and other special screenings
11. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
12. The theater manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
13. The holder of this voucher is not entitled to any preferential right over other moviegoers/ patrons.
14. Redemption of the ticket is subject to the availability of seats.
15. If during any month the quota is not utilized, the unutilized amount cannot be carried forward and will be forfeited.
16. The last date to activate the card is 15/10/2024
17. Only registered movie cards with Unique Registration Numbers will be valid for processing booking requests.
18. Failure to activate this movie card on or before 15/10/2024 will render the movie card invalid and unusable. In such a case this movie card will not be revalidated or extended under any circumstances.
19. A convenience fee of Rs.75/- to be paid by the customer at the time of booking of movie tickets each month.
20. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 48 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie booking, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be canceled and the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded back to the customer's transacting bank account within 14 business days.
21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not be liable for any failed or incomplete transactions. All such queries to be taken up with the customer banking partner.
